Situations Where Our Services Are Needed

You are not immediately available due to living in another city / state / country / etc.  You may have work deadlines, scheduling problems, prior commitments, child care issues or maybe even your own health concerns that limit your time and travel.  You may be able to initially come but cannot stay for an extended period of time and she will potentially need prolonged care.

You need a trusted provider to be there in your place to fully assess your family members situation and communicate with you.  Our clinical staff will be your eyes and ears, ensuring you have all the facts and options at your disposal in language that you can understand.

You don’t know if they should stay in their home with home care or consider independent living, assisted living, skilled facility or a memory care center.  What are the costs of these options? You live in a different state. How can you assess the options and clarify your parent’s needs and affordability? You need a trained clinical provider to do the legwork and present you and your family with a full range of options. Once a plan is established, we can manage and monitor the transition to make sure everything gets done.
